Official Rules of Play
  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS MAY VARY DEPENDING UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS. Enter the Sweepstakes by:
    1. Playing AgriGenius™, the Brain-Bending Crop Challenge Game and completing an Official AgriGenius™, Brain-Bending Crop Challenge Game registration form available online at www.agrigenius.com between February 22, 2008 and June 30, 2008; OR
    2. Completing an Official AgriGenius™, the Brain-Bending Crop Challenge Game registration form available online at www.agrigenius.com between February 22, 2008, and June 30, 2008.
    All entries must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2008. Limit one entry per person.
  2. Prizes: All participants who register will receive a coupon worth $25 off any qualifying AgriSolutions™ product. Grand Prize: One (1) ATV will be awarded as the grand prize, based on a random selection from all eligible entries. First Prizes: Three (3) 40″ flat-screen TVs will be awarded, based on a random selection from all remaining eligible entries. Winners will be responsible for all other costs, expenses and taxes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  3. Sweepstakes Drawings: Sponsor will randomly select one grand prize winner for the ATV and three first prize winners for the 40” flat-screen TVs. The random drawing will occur on or about July 15, 2008.
    4. All winners for the sweepstakes will be notified by telephone and/or mail on or about July 15, 2008. Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
  4. AgriGenius™ Game: Player will enter program online and hear the game rules and instructions. Player will choose from three categories; Category A–Product, Duck Gray Duck; Category B–Research & Rescue; Category C–If You’ve Got A Problem, We’ll AgriSolve It. Each category will consist of 4 questions. After playing all three categories, the player will be given a final score and asked to register for the Sweepstakes. FINAL SCORE OF GAME WILL NOT INCREASE OR DECREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
  5. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who have reached the age of majority for their state of residency. The employees and immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, and children and their spouses) of Winfield Solutions, LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, and any other company involved with the design, production or execution of these sweepstakes are not eligible.
  6. Privacy: Where permitted by law, personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and to provide entrants with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor, affiliates of Sponsor and promotion partners, which may be of interest to entrants. Information and offers may come directly from Sponsor, from affiliates of Sponsor or from other reputable organizations whose privacy policies are in line with Sponsor’s. Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties as identified above. Entrants may decline to receive promotional communications from the Sponsor, affiliates and promotion partners by checking “No” in response to the applicable question on the entry form.
  7. General: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunction of computer hardware or software or for technical failure of any kind, including error in entry submission, whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of the rules. In the event that the Sponsor believes that any portion of this Sweepstakes has been compromised, corrupted or impaired, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Substitution of prizes is not permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any stated prize is unavailable. In the event the winner chooses not to accept the prize as specified in paragraph 2, the prize is forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize winners will be required to properly complete, notarize, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law). Failure to return the Affidavit & Liability/Publicity Release within (10) days of first attempted notification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize, in which case an alternate winner will be selected. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the winner. By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winfield Solutions, LLC and its affiliates, directors, agents and employees will have no responsibility and/or liability for any harm, damage, loss or injury arising from participating in this Sweepstakes and the use, misuse, possession, loss of the prize or participation in any prize-related activity. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules.
  8. Winners List: To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Winfield Solutions, LLC, Attention: AgriGenius™ Game Sweepstakes, 1080 County Road F West, MS 5735, Shoreview, MN 55126. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for reply.
